Chris is licensed in the state of Texas and New York. He has 20 yrs of experience, having spent 11 years in NYC working on various large scale projects including commercial and private residential projects. He later moved to Texas and retooled his career working on entirely different project construction types, completing projects from Texas, Missouri to Florida.
He developed his Concept of Homes for Homesteading as a response to the commodity housing we have today. His designs are meant to last longer, be easier to maintain and be more flexible to a family’s growing needs. The homes have provisions for Texas extreme weather, future elderly care, and promotes increased productivity
He contributes to the community and volunteers at his church. He seeks to collaborate with local small businesses in his local community in the Terrell-Forney area. Chris is a permaculturist. He developed his Concept Home for Homesteading using permaculture principles. He is a Christian, a homesteader and a homeschooling dad. He and his family live out in the country a good ways out from Dallas, Texas.
